Confidence isn’t a pep talk. It’s a system that you can choose to design. That’s where security stacking comes in.
What is Security Stacking?
It’s layering small, intentional practices that create a foundation of confidence. Like stacking bricks, each layer makes the structure more solid.
The Layers
Perspective: Ask for help, seek input.
Progress: Celebrate the small wins.
Preparation: Keep learning.
People: Support others and build networks.
This is not a process that will happen quickly but overtime and by trying things that are not comfortable. As a person who lived with low confidence in every aspect of my life, I know this is not easy. I also know that it is something that requires constant work and there will be times when things falter or you don't think you can.
But you can. You will.
Why It Works
Confidence doesn’t show up all at once. It’s built, layer by layer over time but remember that you have the choice to design it.
Want your leaders to stand steady even in chaos? Start Security Stacking.
